We always enjoy shopping at three different Food City stores around us. Today I asked Tammy the meat department Manager to custom cut our chicken wings for us. She took care of it in no time flat. Thank you Tammy! Thank you Food City for going the extra mile!

Edit: Mary in Customer Service was very helpful. I was trying to buy Bristol Raceway Food City 300 tickets. I will come back another day when computer glitch is fixed. Great selection of food. Nice parking lot and inside of store.

Wonderful staff! Went to the bakery in a hurry after a cake for my nieces birthday party didn’t work out…. Told the young lady Shannon that was working what had happened and she immediately agreed to make a cake for us. She saved the day! The cake is beautiful and we just wanted you guys to know how wonderful she is! Thank you so much Shannon!

Yo the sushi is unbelievably good. On par with restaurants. Wish I had a picture but its already been ate. Seriously I use to buy kroger sushi thru highschool... havnt in years and never will again.

We shop here for groceries most of the time. Walmart is across the highway from Food City and Food City has nicer people, a cleaner store, comparable prices, and the shelves are stocked better. Just updating my review above. Had to go in and buy some drinks and a few odd things, today. The manager and everyone's always nice! They've totally remodeled the self-checkouts there and it looks great! They added more self-checkout registers, new registers, and it's designed to get out quicker. The registers all take cash as well as cards, now, tap your card or phone to pay, etc. Go check it out! No pun intended!🙂

Very well stocked. Reminds me of the early superstores. People was friendly, open late on weeknight. Clean. Little pricey, might be due to location.

Had what I needed and then a few other items I didn't know I needed. It is a grocery store so pretty standard shopping experience. The checkout lanes confused me for a moment, but we got through it and the guys checking us out were friendly and quick. If they were closer to me than other options I would probably go back more often.

I'm loving this store. The employees have been very nice and helpful as I've learned my way around the store. There chicken salad is delicious. I like There discounts on their items. Plus I don't have any problems with using my insurance card to purchase food or whatever I need. . No stress.
